Zachary Aaker graduated with honors from University of Minnesota Law School in 2011 after attending undergrad at Grinnell College. Since 2015, he has been practicing immigration law exclusively. While the bulk of his work is in family-based immigration and citizenship, he also specializes in employment-based immigration (H-1B, E-2, L-1, PERM, R-1, etc.). He also has experience with asylum claims, as well as various other aspects of immigration law (work authorization, travel documents, deferred inspection, provisional unlawful presence waivers, replacing green cards, DACA, etc.)
